Steven Kaye, Co-Founder
Steven Kaye brings nearly 15 years of experience in sports, entertainment, and brand management to Paragon Talent Group. As the Nightlife Entertainment Director at Hard Rock Hotel Las Vegas, he orchestrated 150 events annually, attracting over a million attendees each year, and led talent booking for four of the resort's venues, fostering relationships with top names in music, sports, and comedy. After his tenure at Hard Rock, Steven founded Pembroke Productions, negotiating talent agreements for concert venues and corporate events nationwide. He then joined WWE as Director of Talent Branding, enhancing the brand cache of over 200 superstars on the roster. Following this role, Steven co-founded Paragon Talent Group, propelling the company to unprecedented heights over three years. Throughout his career, Steven has negotiated over $100 million in talent agreements, offering every client the same level of care, respect, and hard work. He holds a Bachelor's degree from The George Washington University and an MBA from Cornell University.
Dean “Mojo” Muhtadi, Co-Founder
Known to millions of fans around the world for his ability to “Stay Hyped,” Dean Muhtadi is a former WWE Champion and NFL Defensive Lineman for the Green Bay Packers and Arizona Cardinals, the current host of TMZ Sports, and co-founder of Paragon Talent Group. Starting his business career at Morgan Stanley at just 11 years old, Dean quickly made history as the youngest MBA recipient from the University of Maryland and earned the Thacker Scholarship for being the top student-athlete in the Atlantic Coast Conference. Dean has successfully combined this one-of-a-kind background with his energetic, infectious personality to create a fierce, natural business acumen. He brings decades of critical management, advisory, and negotiation skills with innovative, out-of-the-box thinking from both a managerial and talent perspective. Dean's exceptional track record includes recruiting top-tier talent, negotiating high-profile contracts, and securing major sponsorship deals, which have helped lead Paragon to unprecedented growth and success.
