Dean “Mojo” Muhtadi, Co-Founder

Known to the WWE Universe as “Mojo Rawley,” Muhtadi is fresh off the heels of a nine-year career. A seven-time 24/7 Champion and the winner of the André the Giant Memorial Battle Royal, he has one of the company’s all-time highest win percentage rates. Outside of the ring, Muhtadi served as one of WWE’s few real-world ambassadors. Before WWE, Muhtadi was a defensive lineman for the Green Bay Packers and Arizona Cardinals of the NFL. At the University of Maryland, he was a team captain, school record holder, recipient of the Thacker Scholarship awarded to the Top Student-Athlete in the Atlantic Coast Conference, and became the youngest ever graduate of UMD’s MBA program. Muhtadi also plunged into the world of business at an early age, serving as a Morgan Stanley intern at the young age of just eleven. Muhtadi’s energetic, infectious personality belies a fierce, natural business acumen and brings decades of critical management, advisory, and negotiation skills with the out-of-the-box thinking necessary in a post-COVID world.

Steven Kaye, Co-Founder

As a talent management and branding professional with a passion for fostering strong bonds with well-known entertainment and sports personalities, Steven brings 10 years of entertainment, hospitality, and brand management experience to Paragon. Beginning his career with Hard Rock Hotel, Las Vegas, Steven orchestrated 150 events per year, attended by over half a million people annually. Steve led talent booking efforts for four of the resort’s venues, working and fostering relationships with the top names in music, sports, and comedy. He then moved on to Church & Dwight, leading global marketing and advertising efforts for 20 well-known household products. He went on to build Pembroke Productions, an entertainment consulting firm focused on curating unique events for entertainment venues across the country. Steve loves building events catering to all demographics and fandoms.
